Renault Ambient Light 1.2

The Ambient Light feature activates automatically when the vehicle doors are opened. If the doors remain open for more than five minutes, the ambient lamps will turn off.

Once all doors are closed within five minutes, the Ambient Light will stay on for an additional eight seconds before gradually dimming to off. If the vehicle's interior lamp is equipped with a delayed shut-off function, this time will be extended accordingly.

While the ignition is on, the Ambient Light remains illuminated at a user-defined intensity. Users have the option to disable this function via a dedicated button in the mobile application.

Adjustments to light intensity can be made through the mobile app under specific conditions: the ignition must be on, and the doors must be closed until the interior lamp turns off.

Color selection for the ambient lighting is also accessible through the mobile application.

Additionally, the Bluetooth module within the Mood Lighting ECU activates only when the ignition is engaged and continues to operate for five minutes after it is switched off.

For alternative configurations, ignition input can be connected to either the park lamp or accessory power.
